Venkata Gopala Krishna Murthy Yadala

General Secretary

The General Secretary of the society, Sri Y. V. Gopala Krishna Murthy, is the founder of ACE Engineering Academy and ACE Engineering Education India Pvt. Ltd.. Prof. Y. V. Gopala Krishna Murthy has an impressive educational and professional background. He graduated in Civil Engineering from University College of Engineering Hyderabad and pursued his M.Tech in Structural Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal. He also received specialized training in building design from J.J. Associates.

Prior to founding his educational institutions, Sri Murthy gained valuable experience in the public sector. He worked as an Assistant Executive Engineer in the Panchayat Raj Engineering Department for two years and in the R&B Department for another two years. He was later promoted to the position of Deputy Executive Engineer in the R&B Department, where he served for 10 years.

Today, Sri Murthy is widely recognized as a versatile expert in training aspiring engineers for competitive examinations such as GATE, IES, and PSU recruitment exams. Many of his students have gone on to secure prestigious positions in both the public and private sectors. Furthermore, under Prof. Murthy’s leadership, students of ACE Engineering Academy constitute a significant presence in elite institutions such as the IITs and NITs.

Prof. Murthy’s technical expertise is also noteworthy, as he has designed more than 200 major structures, including bridges, dams, flyovers, and multi-storied buildings. His extensive experience and exceptional abilities have made him a highly respected figure in the engineering community.

Under the aegis of Y. V. Gopala Krishna Murthy, several students of ACE Engineering Academy pursue higher education, including M.Tech and MS programs, at IITs, NITs, and other prestigious institutions. Thousands of students have been selected for ESE, TGPSC, APPSC, GENCO, TRANSCO, DISCOMs, various PSUs, and other government organizations.

Dr. N. Sudhakar Reddy

Principal ACE

Dr. N. Sudhakar Reddy completed his B.E. from the College of Engineering, GITAM, Visakhapatnam, M.Tech (Computer Science) from the College of Engineering, JNTU Anantapur, and Ph.D. from JNTU Anantapur in Data Mining specialization. He has been awarded the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership. He has 26 years of teaching and research experience. He has worked at various engineering colleges in different positions such as Professor, Training and Placement Officer, Head of the Department, and Principal.

He has conducted many training programmes for engineering and MBA students on life skills and campus recruitment. He has acted as a coordinator for Infosys Campus Connect and has also trained many students in Programming Fundamentals in STP (Special Training Programme), conducted by Infosys, IEG, JNTUH, and Rajiv Udyogasri.

He is a life member of ISTE, CSI, and IETE, and an annual member of IEEE and ACM.

He received the ISTE Best Engineering College Principal Award in AP and TS for the year 2017 from the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of JNTUA. He also received the JNTUA University Principal Award for the year 2022, which was presented to him on the occasion of Teacher’s Day on 05-09-2022 at JNTUA.

He received the prestigious ISTE–Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan National Award for Best Engineering College Principal (2021) from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Dr. Pramod Sawant, on 27th August 2022 in Goa.

He has been nominated as a member of an independent expert committee for evaluating the solutions/courses of NEAT 2.0 by NEAT (National Educational Alliance for Technology), AICTE.

Mrs. Mamatha Rao Pasumarthi

Mrs. Mamatha Rao Pasumarthi is a senior institutional leader who brings over a decade of distinguished human capital experience to the ACE Group of Institutions. In her role as Group Director for HR, Governance and Operational Strategy, she unifies talent, compliance, and operations into a single, coherent performance engine — one built to support the Group’s long-term academic and administrative vision.

A postgraduate of the Birla Institute of Technology (BIT Ranchi), she combines a strong analytical and systems-thinking foundation with hands-on exposure gained through her work with schools in the United States. This global perspective informs her approach to modern, data-driven HR — spanning workforce analytics, HRIS, process automation, and strategic workforce planning.

At the ACE Group, she has architected scalable organisational structures, transformed talent acquisition, and institutionalised robust performance management and governance frameworks. Her work is defined by a singular conviction: that enduring institutions are built through the alignment of people, process, and purpose — and that operational excellence is the foundation on which academic excellence rests.
